[摘要]
研究Caveolin1对血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)受体KDR、p42/44MAPK的作用。方法:以腺病毒为载体介导在内皮细胞中表达外源Caveolin1,应用Westernblotting检测KDR、p42/44MAPK的磷酸化水平。结果: 与对照组相比,感染腺病毒表达外源Caveolin1蛋白的内皮细胞中KDR1054酪氨酸残基和p42/44MAPK磷酸化水平分别降低了42.3%和43.5%。结论: Caveolin1蛋白抑制KDR信号通路,对内皮细胞增殖可能具有抑制作用。
